After a customer makes a booking online, they shall be contacted via email/call confirming their booking.
Some amount of the service is paid at the time of booking, the remaining balance shall be paid after completing the service.
Star Auto Group shall accept payments up to 30 days in advance. Any payment made further in advance than 30 days will be refunded and cancelled.
